Diane van Pelt and Lynn Widenour and friends will be creating a fun and delicious Mexican meal. It will start off with an appetizer of Tortilla chips with Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, followed by Mandarin Orange Slaw. The main course will be Pork Tenderloin with Mole sauce served family style with Cilantro Lime Rice and Black Beans. A Vegetarian option will be available upon request. For dessert, they will have Mexican Brownies served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and hot fudge sauce. Various hot sauces will be available for tastings!


 

Bring your own beverage of choice; we will provide the wine glasses.
